1. The height of the guardrail exceeds 1.1 meters. In typhoon-prone areas, galvanized pipes with dimensions of 20*40*2mm and a thickness of 2mm can be added. Compared to the thickened pipe body, the wall thickness is 1.5mm thicker, making it more stable, and the overall weight is heavier, with higher strength. Competitors cannot add galvanized pipes; they can only increase costs by using thickened stainless steel pipes. However, we can add galvanized pipes, and the cost will be significantly reduced.

2. The base plate of our product is 5mm thick and fully welded, including the positions inside the pipes; competitors aim to save labor costs and only weld the outer part, while the inner positions are not welded.

What’s better about your stainless steel columns than others?
The tube body is designed as 62*44. If the height exceeds 1.1 meters, using thicker stainless steel tube will be very costly. But ours can add galvanized pipe inside to enhance the overall strength, which is equivalent to the strength of a tube body with a wall thickness of more than 1.5mm, while reducing the cost. Competitors’ stainless steel columns don’t have enough space in the internal structure to install galvanized pipes.
For outdoor use of stainless steel columns, should I use 304 or 201? Can electroplated colors be used?
For outdoor use, we recommend 304 natural wire drawing or 304 black sand. Electroplated colors will fade and turn white after sun and rain.
